A suspect needed by Interpol on the fees of stabbing of jailed Maldives ex-President Mohamed Nasheed’s lawyer was noticed in Colombo. The suspect named Shafraz Ibrahim, 20, was noticed at Sosun Villa, a property owned by the Maldivian authorities in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
