The Chairman of Avant-Garde Security Services, Major (rtd) Nissanka Senadhipathi has arrived at the special Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC), Ada Derana reporter confirmed.
Senadhipathi was reportedly summoned to record a statement with respect to the controversial Avant Garde issue.
