A warrant and a Red Notice issued on former LTTE senior leader Emil Kanthan have been removed by the Colombo Special High Court today.
The decision was taken after the lawyers who appeared on behalf of the senior LTTE leader assured of his surrender, Ada Derana reporter said.
Emil Kanthan is said to be the International Financial Head of the LTTE.
