An individual was taken into custody after the police found over Rs.500,000 worth of heroin in his possession in Moragasmulla today.
The suspect, who is a resident of Grandpass, was arrested by a team attached the Welikada police this morning.
He will be produced before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court today itself, the police said.
