Met. Department predicts showers tomorrow

The Met. Department predicts that showers or thundershowers may occur at several places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces tomorrow (08).

 


Showers may occur after 4.00 p.m, the Met. Department said in a statement.

 


Light showers will also occur in the Eastern and Uva provinces and in the Hambantota district.

 


There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
