A teacher at a school in Gampola has been arrested by police on suspicion of molesting a female student of the same school.
The girl’s father had lodged a complaint with Gampola Police yesterday alleging that the teacher in question had molested his 10-year-old daughter last Tuesday (22) at school.
The 52-year-old suspect was arrested in connection with complaint, the police spokesman’s office said.
