Traffic restricted on Hatton - Colombo road

Traffic is being restricted on the Hatton - Colombo road, the National Building Research Organisation said.
The decision was taken as several areas of the road have been partially damaged due to heavy rainfall, a statement issued by the organisation added.
Meanwhile, the Met. Department predicted showers at times in the Western, North-Western, Southern, Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces today as well. Fairly heavy falls (around 75mm) are also likely at some places.
