Ravi challenges Mahinda for a debate

I challenge the former President for a debate on the present economic situation of the country, Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake says.
The observation was made during a meeting held in Thotalanga this morning (05).
He pointed out he extends the invitation for a debate amid the former President making false allegations about the economic situation.
He said the tax burden will be lower gradually with the new economic strategy. He also went on to say, in achieving this, steps have been taken to put a full-stop to corruption and other malpractices of the Government.
