How was Zeid aware of Constitutional proposals, asks Niroshan

It is doubtful as to how UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Prince Zeid bin Ra’ad became aware of proposals that are to be made to the new Constitution, member of the National Freedom Front Niroshan Premarathna asks.
The observation was made during a press conference held in Colombo this afternoon (05).
He also pointed out though the Government does not make any statements in respect of the proposals, Prince Zeid has already been apprised in this regard.
Premarathna also severely criticized the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) over its efforts to justify the arrests made by the Financial Criminal Investigation Division (FCID).
He also accused JVP leader Anura Dissanayake of “toeing the FCID’s line” and promoting it.
