Two people were killed due to an accident between a tipper truck and a motorcycle in Naula area the Dambulla- Matale road.
The victims were seriously injured in the accident, and have succumbed to their injuries after being admitted to the Nalanda Hospital.
The two victims were from Pitakanda area, Ududeniya aged 16 and 27.
The tipper driver has been arrested and further investigations will be carried out by Naula Police.
