Stock of ammo found in well at CM’s residence

A stock of ammunition has been recovered from a well in the official residence of the North Central Province Chief Minister.
Police said that the ammunition was discovered at the bottom of a well located in the premises of the Chief Minister’s official residence in Anuradhapura.
Bullets which are believed to be several years old were found inside the well, the Anuradhapura Police OIC told Ada Derana.
An investigation has been launched into the discovery, he said.
