A malfunction with computer system at the Bandaranaike International Airport has caused frustrated travelers to spend hours stuck at customs lines, it was reported.
A spokesperson said the problem was likely with the computerized Immigration and Emigration system and measures are being taken to sort out the matter.
Complaints from the passengers regarding the issue began to pop up on Twitter and Facebook few hours ago.
