Another suspect arrested in Ankumbura shooting incident

An arrest has been made in connection with the shooting incident which left one man dead and another injured in Ankumbura last week.
The suspect was apprehended by a team attached to the Colombo Crime Division (CCD) in Homagama area last evening, police said.
The victims were in front of the Bebilagolla mosque when an unidentified group had arrived in a vehicle and opened fire at around 7.45pm on November 20.
According to the police, a suspect who alleged to had involved in the incident was initially arrested in Kabalagastenna with a T-56 on the same say.
