Severe traffic congestion has been reported in the Colombo Fort area as a group of protesters are blocking Olcott Mawatha, Ada Derana reporter said.
The protest is launched by disabled police personnel, it was reported.
The police have advised the drivers to use alternative routes if at all possible.
