A proper mechanism should be implemented to strengthen the education sector, former President Mahinda Rajapaksa says.
Rajapaksa also underlined the polices with respect of the education sector should remain unchanged, despite government changes.
He made these observations while speaking at an event held at the Ruhunu Vijayaba College in Beliattha.
