The expired milk was released into the Dikoya lake earlier today (17), hence contaminating the reservoir to which the lake flows into.

When questioned, the manager stated that the contamination was caused by the explosion of a mil tank held at the complex.

Police state that further investigations into the incident led by the Hatton Police  have gotten underway.
