On receipt of intelligence information, a group of naval personnel in coordination with Police apprehended 4 suspects with 3.4 kg of Kerala Cannabis in Mattakkuliya.
The suspects were transporting the stock of cannabis by a three-wheeler when the apprehension was made.
The arrested persons, cannabis and three-wheeler were handed over to the Mattakkuliya Police for onward legal action.
