An individual has been arrested on Nagalan Street in Grandpass over the possession of illegal substances, police state.
The individual had been carrying 1kg of Kerala Cannabis, 700mg of heroin and 800 doping pills at the time.
The individual is believed to be a 25-year-old male residing in Grandpass, and is yet to be presented to the Magistrate’s Court in Maligawatha.
