An individual has been remanded over the possession of 40 kilograms of Kerala Cannabis worth Rs. 6 million, police state.
With the help of whistle blowers employed by the national Department of Excise, the individual was located in the Negombo area.
The suspect is believed dot be resident of the Vavuniya area.
He will be presented to the Negombo Magistrate’s Court on the 16 of this month ( March)
