Severe traffic congestion has been reported at Technical Junction and the Colombo Fort area due to a protest march by a group of war veterans.
The retired soldiers and disabled war veterans are protesting over pension issues.
The protest march is heading towards the Presidential Secretariat.
UPDATE: Lotus Road has been closed owing to the protest march.
