Police are yet to make an arrest over Kalutara shooting

The police are yet to make an arrest in connection with the shooting happened in Kalutara around two weeks ago which left seven dead including two prison officers.

 


However, the police earlier announced that they have identified the involved suspect, and several police teams are conducting investigations to locate them.

 


A total of seven persons, including two prison guards and 5 prisoners, were killed after a group of gunmen had opened fire at a prison transport bus in Kalutara on February 27.
