A suspect wanted in connection with the murder of an individual in the Pitigala area in 2009 has been arrested by police.
The 55-year-old suspect, a resident of Thalgaswala, was arrested by officers of the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) following extensive investigations, police said.
He is to be produced before the Elpitiya Magistrate later today (8).
