The Inland Revenue Services Joint Committee of Sri Lanka stated that the absence of the gazetting of the new act put forward by the new government on taxation has been causing problems.
He further added that the government revenue reserve will suffer, which would have prospered if a gazette notification was included on the acts on taxation proposed by the new government.
