The Tamil national Alliance (TNA) stated that a plan of action has been executed to transfer the ownership of land in the North and East of the country from the army to the civilians.
MP M.A. Sumanthiran stated that discussions have already taken place between officials for this transfer to take place.
He further added that district level discussions on the matter will be held in the next couple of days.
