Public are upset over the UNP loss - Ajith Perera

Deputy Minister Ajith. A. Perera stated that the party that was supposed to win on the 8 of January, were unable to clinch their deserved victory. 

 

He added that the public are quite disappointed regarding the UNP’s loss during the previous presidential election. 

 

Perera added that the only party that has the right to talk about free education is the UNP, as the father of free education, late W.W. Kannangara was in fact a former UNP party member.
