Vigneswaran prevented from entering NPC premises

Chief Minister C. V. Vigneswaran who attempted to attend the Northern Provincial Council session was sent back by a group of degree holders engaged in a protest.
A group of unemployed degree holders are currently engaged in a demonstration, demanding employment. The protestors have completely barricaded the entrance to the Northern Provincial Council.
Although a few are inside the hall, most have been sent back by the protestors who refused to grant them entry.
The 92nd council session was scheduled to be held today.
