Administrative board at Peliyagoda fisheries market dissolved

The administrative board of the Peliyagoda Central Fisheries Market has been dissolved on a directive issued by the Fisheries Minister, it was reported.
The decision was made after the repeated failure of attempts made to resolve the disagreements that had occurred within the administrative board.
A retired army officer will be taking over the administrative post at the Central Fish market Complex, in the future.
