Adverse weather: Death toll climbs to 208, over 90 missing

Around 677,241 people belonging to 175,516 families were affected in 15 districts due to the flood situation, according to the latest data released by the Disaster Management Center (DMC).
The death toll has risen to 208 deaths while 92 missing reported as per the situation report issued by DMC on Friday (June 02) at 1200hrs. Seventy-two persons have been reported injured.
Further, over 1,735 houses were fully destroyed and around 9,432 houses have been partially damaged.
Approximately 65,817 people belonging to 17,446 families were relocated to 321 safe locations, the DMC said.
