The report compiled by the committee appointed by the Northern provincial council to investigate allegations made against Ministers of the North will be presented tomorrow (14).
The presentation of the report to the provincial council was initially due last week, however was postponed till tomorrow.
Two of the ministers mentioned have been accused in the report, including the Minister of Education who had supposedly handed in his letter of resignation.
Reports reveal that the Minister of Education had handed the letter over to the leader of the Illankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi, Mawei Senadiraja, who had refused to accept it and had asked him to hand it over to the provincial council.
Hence once the report is submitted to the provincial council, there will be a change in the council scope.
