Two arrested over shooting in Elpitiya

Two individuals have been arrested over the shooting that occurred in Elpitiya.
Police Media stated that the two individuals had been arrested after the Elpitiya Police Department received information on there where about through an anonymous source.
The individuals who have been identified as residents of the Athkandura area will be presented to the Elpitiya Magistrate’s Court later today (20).
The shooting had occurred on the 17 of this month (June), over a land dispute where three individuals where shot, and two were assaulted on the scene.
