
The Joint Opposition has made the decision to inquire into the Government’s failure to control the spread of Dengue, during the impending parliamentary session.
Accordingly, Member of Parliament Dinesh Gunawardena announced that the decision had been made to direct the relevant question at Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe during the parliamentary session which is scheduled to take place in the afternoon today (20).
MP Gunawardena added that an inquiry into the operations to provide relief for flood victims would also be made from the Prime Minister.
