Murder of Vidya: 13-year-old testifies before Court

A 13-year-old child has testified before the Court in connection with the murder of Vidya.
The testament was obtained when the case was taken up for hearing at the Jaffna High Court yesterday (03) by Vavuniya High Court Judge Balendra Shashi Mahendran.
The 13-year-old testified stating that he heard cries while he was cycling with a friend.
He also stated that he saw the 2nd respondent along the road.
The schoolgirl by the name of Vidya was murdered in Jaffna on May 13, 2015.
The 9 suspects arrested in connection with the incident were produced before the Court yesterday (03).
