Anura Kumara calls for Ravi’s sacking

JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake says that Minister Ravi Karunanayake should be removed from his position with immediate effect, in the wake of the information uncovered before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry.
Speaking during an event in Buttala, the JVP Parliamentarian said that investigations cannot be carried out against Karunanayake while serving in a ministerial position.
Certain allegations have been leveled against Foreign Minister Ravi Karunanayake, who previously served as Sri Lanka’s Finance Minister, with regard to the investigation into the Central Bank bond scam.
