A prison warden has been killed in an accident near the Kuda Oya bridge at Dehiaththakandiya.
According to Police, a bus belonging to the Badulla Prison had toppled near the bridge along the Anuradhapura - Badulla road, resulting in the death of the warden.
The bus which had been stationary had unexpectedly toppled, burying the prison warden under it, according to the police report.
