Rohingya refugees transferred to Boossa detention camp following security concerns

The 31 alleged Rohingya refugees residing in Mount Lavinia were transferred to the Boossa detention camp for security concerns following growing unrest in the region. Several groups gathered in front of the vicinity where the refugees were stationed at earlier today (26), causing unrest that ultimately led to a situation that required Police attention. The alleged refugees were escorted to the Boossa detention camp where they await court instructions.
