Minister Vajira meets Rev. Fr. Kingsly Swami Pillai

A discussion was held between Home Affairs Minister Vajira Abeywardena and Bishop of Mannar, Rev. Fr. Kingsly Swami Pillai.
The meeting was held at the Bishop’s House in Mannar, Ada Derana reporter said.
The Minister informed Bishop Swami Pillai regarding the recently approved Provincial Council Elections Act and the forthcoming election process.
The discussion also focused on the current political situation and development activities in Mannar District.
TNA Parliamentarian Selvam Adikkalanathan and several priests of the Mannar Catholic Administrative Committee were also present at the discussion.
