SLFPYF invites former President to accept SLFP Organizer post

President of the SLFP Youth Front (SLFPYF) Shantha Bandara stated that a request has been made of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa to accept the post of SLFP Organizer for Beliatte or Hambantota to ensure victory for the SLFP at upcoming elections. 

 

Speaking to a media briefing in Colombo, the Head of the SLFP Youth Front stated that former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga has also come forward to work towards the betterment of the party. 

 

Meanwhile MP Priyankara Jayaratne stated that the current administrative culture within the SLFP is to appoint unsuitable members to the post of party organizer. 
He made these comments addressing the recent administrative appointments made by the SLFP.
