One dead and three injured following collision in Ibbagamuwa

An accident on the Ibbagamuwa-Madugalle main road claimed one life while injuring three others earlier today (5).
The collision occurred when a three wheeler rear ended a tipper truck that was travelling towards Ibbagamuwa near the 10th mile post.
The driver of the three wheeler and four others were admitted to the Kurunegala hospital after sustaining critical injuries.
Hospital sources confirm that the driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead upon his admittance to the hospital. The deceased person was a 29-year old resident of Makulpotha.
Police officials are conducting further investigations into the incident.
