The Jaffna Police arrested two persons with toffees containing traces of heroin in Jaffna yesterday (29).
The suspects had reportedly sold the toffees to purchasers including school going children in Jaffna.
The police seized 50 toffees along with the suspects at the time of arrest.
The suspects will be produced before the Jaffna Magistrate today (29).
