Eastern Province provincial councilor Jayantha Wijesekara who was a representative of the Jathika Nidahas Peramuna (JNP) crossed over to the SLFP following a statement at a media briefing a short while ago.
Provincial councilor Wijesekara stated that he made the decision following careful deliberation of the policies of the JNP.
