Former Secretary of Defence Gotabhaya Rajapaksa stated that practical, optimistic and influential leadership is required for the development of Sri Lanka.
Gotabhaya Rajapaksa further shed light on the fact that a need for strong and trustworthy leadership has arisen within the country.
He made these statements while addressing a gathering at the Narahenpita Abhayaramaya yesterday (9).
