Disaster management Bill drafted

The disaster management Bill has been drafted and the final report will be presented to the parliament next year for approval, announced, the Disaster Management Center.
The Five Year Action Plan includes the involvement of all stakeholders in future disaster situations, said Director General of DMC Saman Senadheera.
It will be implemented with the involvement of government and private sectors and it will enable all to face emerging disasters in the future, said the Director General.
