One person was arrested with 13 grams of heroin in Borella today (23) following a raid conducted by the police in the area.
The 51-year old suspect has been identified as a resident of the same area, the police said.
He will be produced before the Maligakanda Magistrate today.
Further investigations into the incident are being carried out by Colombo Crimes Division (CCD).
