MP Bandula Gunawardene stated that most of the local industries have fallen and gone bankrupt under the crushing tax burdens imposed by the current government.
He further stated that the extreme tax rates charged by the government do permit any local industries to grow and develop.
MP Gunawardene expressed these sentiments at a political rally in Kochchikade.
