President Maithripala Sirisena has maintained an unbiased executive standing in the execution of justice Southern Province Chief Minister Shan Wijeyalal De Silva said.
The Chief Minister pointed out that the President will punish the perpetrators involved in the Bond scandal prior to the Local Government election.
Shan Wijeyalal De Silva expressed these sentiments while addressing a gathering in Galle.
