Five suspects were arrested after police discovered 10 kilograms of Kerala Cannabis at a residence in Point Pedro, Jaffna.
Nelliady Police said that the cannabis were packaged into five parcels and that they were to be transported from Jaffna to Vavuniya.
The arrested suspects are to be produced before the Jaffna District Court.
