The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) arrested 2 persons with nearly 10kg of heroin valued at around Rs 118 million at, the Police Spokesman said.
The suspects and the heroin haul were arrested at Mawadichchena in Seruwawila, according to the police.
The heroin had been packed in to 22 parcels, when the police found them.
