Only coalition governments will be formed in this country until a constitutional amendment happens, says Minister of Science, Technology, Research, Skills Development & Vocational Training and Kandyan Heritage Dr. Sarath Amunugama.
He points out that under the existing elections system no party can hold the majority of power.
He made these comments following an event held in Kandy.
