Railway trade unions launch two-hour strike

Several railway trade unions including drivers, supervisors and controllers have launched a sudden two-hour strike action.
The strike has been launched over a dispute regarding land belonging to the Department of Railways.
Trade unions say that the strike was launched based on an incident where a Deputy Minister had erected a fence at a property belonging to the department.
The strike was launched at 2.00pm and is expected to continue until 4.00pm.
