A student arrested over a case of throwing stones at a train has been released on bail.
The suspect was arrested over damaging a train compartment by throwing rocks at a train traveling from Talaimannar to Colombo.
Reportedly, he had been produced before the Mannar Magistrate’s Court by the Mannar Police before being released on bail.
Police are investigating to arrest other persons involved in the attack.
